About the speaker
Dr Emma Husbands
I am a Consultant in Palliative Medicine working across Gloucestershire with currently a predominantly community focused role. I have a particular interest in non-cancer conditions and have developed close working with local paediatric/neurological and learning disabilities services to provide support for people with more complex conditions. I work closely with the MNDA/MDA and 2gether for short lives, developing resources for professionals and service users. In my spare time, I enjoy time with friends, cooking and making costumes for my friend's children.
