2. To triage patients presenting to general practice with ocular complaints appropriately, including referral to suitable Gloucestershire Community Optometry services, as well as secondary acute care
3. to identify how we can 'housekeep' effectively outside of the GP consultation
4. to discuss how to provide effective person-centred care for trans and non-binary people

Like many of you I have spent the last decade listening to the reports from the climate scientists with increasing alarm, hoping to see strong collective climate action from our leaders. Greener Practice Gloucestershire was formed in the early 2020s from primary care healthcare professionals to lobby for funding to accelerate climate action from the grassroots. I am now working with the ICB as their primary care environmental sustainability lead to develop bite sized collective actions we can take to decrease our carbon footprint at work and contribute to the ICB's next five year Green Plan.
